Due to the COVID-19 response please note Australia Post have advised that in order to minimise the health risk to you and AusPost staff all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery within Australia. You will still need to be present for the parcel to be delivered, but there will be minimal contact as the parcel will be left at the door and no signature is required. For parcels delivered internationally, no signature will be required however you must be present in order for the parcel to be delivered. Please note there could be an extra 1-2 working day delay on all parcels.
Shipping within Australia takes 3-5 business days to be delivered, this applies from the day your order is shipped. We use Australia Post for all shipping within Australia.
International destinations please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Any customs/import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Once your order arrives in your country it is handed over to your local postal provider to complete delivery.
You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is confirmed, please check this to make sure your address is correct.
Please contact us with details of your order to arrange a return and we will advise with the correct return address when we receive your email. Please note, this only applies if your order has been damaged in transit. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for any opened items. Return/refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt of your original order. You are responsible for the costs of returning an order. We endeavour to process returns within 2 weeks of receipt. All refunds will be issued to the method used for payment.
